A reason for flying private charter

When the Dutch band Entourage needed to get from St. Maarten to Nevis with a large crew of 14 for a corporate event, they turned to ReyJets.com’s sister company AirStMaarten for a seamless private charter experience. The journey began on April 18, 2025, when the secretary of the band’s management company reached out with a precise request: a private round-trip charter for May 15 and return on May 17 to match their international flight schedules.

On May 15, at check-in, a system glitch caused only entered 9 out of 14 passports to be entered into the system, causing a check-in delay. The group had to split up briefly to retrieve luggage, with some unable to check in until reunited. Still, the team kept cool, and with VIP support, everything fell into place, and the group was able to board the 4 pm scheduled charter to Nevis on time.

In Nevis, on May 17, Customs tried charging each person in the group a customs fee. The group didn’t have enough cash to pay these fees. Luckily, the event organiser secured a waiver from the Nevis Administration.
Then came a flight cancellation for one band member needing to reach JFK. Without hesitation, AirStMaarten added her to the return charter and arranged for a VIP Services agent in St. Maarten to secure her a ticket to New York.
